Refund policy

At Zen ProAesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy before making any purchases.

1. Services & Treatments:

  • All service sales are final. Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic treatments, we do not provide refunds for services rendered.

  • Aesthetic results vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve your desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to reach your desired results will be the client’s responsibility.

  • Prepaid treatment packages and memberships are non-refundable.

2. Product Returns & Exchanges:

  • We do not offer returns for products, memberships, packages or services rendered.

3. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • To ensure availability for all guests, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • A credit card is required to secure all appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up, the card on file will be charged 100% of the estimated total for the booked services.

  • If the cancellation fee cannot be processed using the card on file, alternative payment may be made via credit card over the phone or through a virtual invoice.

  • Once the cancellation fee is settled, any restrictions on your account will be removed, and you will be able to schedule future appointments.

4. Refund Processing:

  • We do not offer refunds for products, memberships, packages or services rendered.

5. Exceptions:

  • Special promotions, gift cards, and discounted services are non-refundable.

  • Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with treatment results do not qualify for a refund but may be addressed through follow-up care.
